This transaction is part of the company's ongoing share buy-back program, initiated on December 23, 2024, aiming to enhance shareholder value by reducing the number of shares in circulation.

Since the program's commencement, Airtel Africa has repurchased a total of 16,750,765 ordinary shares at a volume-weighted average price of 120.8955 GBp per share.
