Celine Dion performs at 2024 Paris Olympics amid health battle [VIDEO]

Celine Dion, a well-known Canadian singer, sang Friday during the opening ceremony of the 2024 Olympics in Paris.

Celine gave her first live performance in four years, after battling stiff person syndrome, a rare neurological illness.

She closed the ceremony at the Eiffel Tower by performing Edith Piaf's 1950 classic 'Hymne à l'amour'.

According to KUGJAY MEDIA, the 56-year-old singer charged $2 million for her performance at the 2024 Summer Olympics.

Dion had previously sung 'The Power of the Dream' at the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta.
