As of March 11, 2025, the Nigerian Naira appreciated to ₦1,565 per U.S. dollar in the parallel market, strengthening from ₦1,570 per dollar on March 10, 2025.

In the Nigerian Foreign Exchange Market (NFEM), the Naira depreciated to ₦1,537 per dollar from ₦1,528 per dollar on March 10, 2025. This narrowed the gap between the parallel market and NFEM rates to ₦37 per dollar from ₦42 per dollar on March 10, 2025.

Previously, on February 15, 2025, the Naira traded at ₦1,565 per dollar in the parallel market, reflecting a ₦5 appreciation from the previous day.

Despite fluctuations, the Naira has gained ₦60 against the dollar since February 14, 2025, when it exchanged at ₦1,565 in the parallel market.

These developments underscore the Naira's recent volatility in the foreign exchange markets, influenced by various economic factors.
