Manchester City's pre-season trip of the United States began with a shocking 4-3 defeat to Celtic.

Despite starting the game with huge stars like Erling Haaland and Jack Grealish, City were unable to defeat the Scottish champions.

Nicolas-Gerrit Kuhn scored a well-worked team goal, giving Celtic the lead.

Oscar Bobb tied it 1-1 before Brendan Rodgers' side scored twice before the conclusion of the first half, through Kuhn and Kyogo Furuhashi, to lead 3-1 at the break.

Máximo Perrone equalized for City mere seconds into the second half, before Haaland scored his third.

However, Celtic's seventh goal, scored by substitute Luis Palma, sealed the victory.
