He stated, "How can I lay my hands on a woman that stays in the UK? She has been in the UK for two years now."

Supporting her husband's statement, Ciana Chapman took to her Instagram story to caution the blogger against spreading false information about their relationship. She emphasized the impossibility of the allegations by highlighting their living arrangements: "How can my husband be in Nigeria and be hitting me here in the UK? We live separately in different countries, and there’s no domestic violence in our relationship."
